+Byposting you accept that you are up to getting new recruits based on the recruitment requirements.
+You will not kick any member for an unreasonable purpose (abuse power).
+Co-Guild Leadership will give you Moderator control of the forums.
+Your job entitles that you help keep track of member activeness.
+Your job entitles you to help manage/update guild roster.
+Your job entitles you to help with guild planning/events/recruitment.
Post in your application "I accept all of the guidelines that follow the co-leadership status."

When you create your application have the subect with "[Co-Leader Application]".
